Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
To develop and execute Sales Plan and Business Plan with the ultimate end objective of securing customer orders for Office System Furniture, Other Interior System Products, Residential Furniture and DIY Products.
Position reports directly to Director.
Principal Accountabilities:
Achieve the targeted annual sales and market share objectives of the business set by Management.
Develop and maintain of customer relationship.
Assist in developing aggressive and creative strategies, which not only achieve sales objectives but also increase market perception and awareness of company products, services and brands with a network of Interior Contractors and Interior Consultants.
Assist in monitoring competitive activities.
Requirements:
Manager & Supervisor with Bachelor’s degree in any major or at least in the same Project Furniture Sales Field or Other Interior and Architecture Products experiences.
Sales Executive with no experience is still considerable and the training will be given, preferably that has at least 2 years experience in the Project Sales field.
Sales Support with Secretary major background and has experience as Secretary to Marketing Manager/Director.
Have extensive and proven networking amongst Contractors and Interior Consultants.
Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and preparation of proposal (able to understand and present the products).
Dynamic and sales driven individual, work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
Hands-on type of person with a sound business and technical understanding of office furniture system.
Fluency in English would be an advantage.
Have own vehicle.
